How is the order transported?
Answer
It is shipped in an insulated bag. Please note whilst our Curry Pastes (ie. items in cylinders) are dispatched in a frozen state, they DO NOT need to stay frozen during transport and on arrival. They can be kept in the fridge until you use them.

How do I work out the freight charges?
Answer
The first item you add to your shopping cart has the freight included in the price. Eg. if you choose Delivery Sydney, the price includes delivery AND one unit of the item. If you wish to order more than one, or add other items to the shopping cart, please select Combine Shipping for each additional item.

When will my order arrive?
Answer
Depends on where you are - we usually ship next business day (unless we're out of stock) for same day delivery for Sydney metro, 1-2 days for most major cities, 3-5 days for Perth etc.

How do I heat up the frozen curries?
Answer
Just pop them in the microwave for about 5 minutes (stop and stir once) total, or pop in a saucepan with a couple of tablespoons of water and heat up on a stove.

They're specified on the labels, but we strongly suggest you check with us before placing your order. Even when not used directly in the recipes, there's always a risk of cross contamination since the dishes are prepared in the same kitchen.
